Our coffee farms are home to a variety of native forest trees that provide shade for the coffee plants, shelter and protect wildlife while minimizing soil erosion. Water & energy saving techniques and pest management are used to protect the environment.

Grown under the shade of the forest trees and with a combination of high altitude, and rich soil, our coffees ripen slowly and although the yields are lower, we have a consistent cup which is fairly unaffected by climatic changes.

The coffees grown here have a well-balanced flavour that has made it popular. Tales from long ago of a seasonal waterfall in the area with divine powers have added to the charm of this farm.
